Summer is one of Inouïe's favorite seasons, some of the days are full of sun, beach and outdoor activities. However, intense exposure to the sun and high temperatures can be harmful to our skin if we do not take adequate care.
Here are some Inouïe tips, essential for keeping your skin healthy and radiant during the summer months:
1. Use and abuse sunscreen daily
The use of sunscreen is essential at any time of year, but in summer it becomes even more crucial. Select a sunscreen with a high SPF, which offers broad spectrum protection (against UVA and UVB rays). Apply generously to face and body, and reapply every two hours or after swimming or sweating. (1)

Summer heat can quickly dehydrate your skin. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body and skin hydrated.
