1. Shipping

    Inouïe Beauty's shipments are made throughout the national territory through Registered Mail of CTT - Correios de Portugal. A barcode is assigned with a unique identification number that allows you to track and locate it.

    After payment confirmation, we do our best to ship the order on the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends, national holidays in Portugal). Please note that if an order is placed on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped on Monday of the following week.

    If any problems arise regarding the order (delay in shipment, incorrect delivery address, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer via email. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response or until the set waiting time has elapsed. If no response is received, the order will be canceled and payment will be refunded to the customer. For more details, see How to Buy ?

    Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the delivery address indicated on the order form.

    Remember that you may have to pick up your order at a collection point in your area of residence if an unsuccessful delivery attempt has been made, and the carrier must leave a notification with information on where the order will be located, as well as the maximum period within which the collection must be carried out, after which the order is returned to Inouïe Beauty.

    In order to pick up the order, you must present the notification left by the carrier, as well as your identification document. If the recipient is unable to pick up the order personally, it may be picked up by a third party, provided that the notification is signed in accordance with the recipient's identification document and is accompanied by the document itself or a copy of it.

    Inouïe Beauty cannot be held responsible if the delivery address has been incorrectly filled in or corrected after dispatch.

    2. Price & Shipping Time


      Orders for mainland Portugal worth less than €50 have a fixed shipping cost of €4.50.

      For orders over €50 in mainland Portugal, shipping is free.

      Orders for Madeira/Azores worth less than €150 will have a shipping cost depending on the weight of the order:

      - 0 to 0.5 kg: €4.20

      - 0.5 kg or more: €6.90

      Orders for Peninsula Spain worth less than €60 have a fixed shipping cost of €6.

      For orders over €60 in Peninsula Spain, shipping is free.

      Orders for Europe and the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla worth less than €150 will have a shipping cost depending on the weight of the order:

      - 0 to 500g: €8.90

      - 500 to 1kg: €12.50

      - 1 to 2kg: €18.60

      At Inouïe Beauty, all shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape and padding) are included in the shipping cost.

      Customs Duties and Taxes OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

      All taxes, customs duties and customs fees resulting from shipping are the responsibility of the customer. All items are dispatched DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid.

      The following countries are members of the European Union:
      Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.


      The time mentioned below may vary as there are usually several companies involved in shipping out of Portugal. Inouïe Beauty is not responsible for delays in deliveries, however, we do our best to ensure that you have your products as quickly as possible.

      Delivery times are as follows:

      Mainland Portugal - Up to 2 business days after shipment;

      Madeira and Azores - Up to 5 working days in the case of Madeira and up to 5 working days in the case of the Azores archipelago (shipments to Corvo and Flores Islands may take up to 10 more working days than usual);

      Spain - Up to 2 business days after shipment;

      Europe - Up to 5-10 working days after dispatch (Switzerland and United Kingdom have a longer deadline);

      Delivery times are estimated, and are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments.

      Note: We advise you to check the condition of the box in which your order was transported in the presence of the delivery person in order to confirm that it arrived in good condition. In case of damage or if the box shows signs of having been violated (example: adhesive tape that seals the box), you must immediately refuse the order, informing the delivery person of the reason for the refusal. You should then contact Inouïe Beauty and report what happened so that we can file a claim with the carrier. If possible, please take pictures of the box to send to us.

      3. Order Tracking

        After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder as your email server may forward it there.

        After your order has been dispatched, you will receive another shipping confirmation email containing shipping details such as tracking code, expected delivery date, link to tracking website.

        4. Returns

          The main objective of Inouïe Beauty is that our customer is satisfied, in this case you can return your product, within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the day the customer purchases your order. Before returning your order, you must contact our team via email info@inouiebeauty.com . It is important that the customer waits to receive our reply e-mail with the return information.

          For the order to be accepted for return, it is necessary to respect the following points:

          • The product must not have been used or opened;
          • The product must be sealed in its original packaging, which must include the protective plastic and labels (if any) - if the product box has any protection seal, you must keep it intact, as well as any other product protection mark;
          • You must ensure that the product is accompanied by all components: samples and offers, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions (if the product to be returned was associated with a promotional campaign or if the purchase allowed you to win a product on offer, the customer you must return the product together with the gift you received);
          • You must keep the invoice, a copy of which must accompany the return of the product to Inouïe Beauty.

          Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of the integrity of the products, the return is accepted and the commercial value of the products will be refunded, for a new product, voucher or the return of the value by the same means of payment used (depending on the situation)

          The transport value will be refunded in cases where the order sent is incorrect.
          In other cases, we refund the entire value of the item, with the exception of the cost of transport, whether borne by the customer or by Inouïe Beauty.
