Cosrx Calming Liquid Intensive Toner contains Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid and Betaine Salicylate (BHA) to regulate sebum production and exfoliate the skin. To close the formula we have panthenol and hyaluronic acid that will prevent dehydration and skin irritation.
