1. Dispatch

Inouïe Beauty products are delivered throughout all Portuguese territory by registered post by CTT - Correios de Portugal. They are assigned a barcode with a unique identification number that allows them to be tracked and traced.

After confirmation of payment, we do everything possible to send the order the same day or the next working day (excluding weekends and national holidays in Portugal). You should bear in mind that if an order is placed on a Friday, it will probably be dispatched on the Monday of the following week.

If any problems arise regarding the order (shipping delay, incorrect delivery address, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer via email. The order will not be dispatched until we receive a reply or until the set waiting time has elapsed. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded to the customer. For more details, please see the How to Buy section

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, except on local or national holidays, to the delivery address indicated on the order form.

Remember that you may have to pick up your order at a pick-up point in your area of residence if an unsuccessful delivery attempt has been made. The transporter should leave a notification with information about the place where the order will stay as well as the maximum deadline for pick-up, after which the order will be returned to Inouïe Beauty.

To pick up your order, you must present the notification left by the carrier, as well as your identification document. If the recipient is unable to collect the order personally, it may be collected by a third party, provided that the notification is signed in accordance with the recipient's identification document and is accompanied by the document itself or a copy thereof.

Inouïe Beauty cannot be held responsible if the delivery address has been incorrectly filled in or corrected after dispatch.

2. Price & Shipping time


Orders to mainland Portugal under €50 have a fixed shipping cost of €4,50.

For orders over €50 within mainland Portugal, shipping is free.

Orders to Madeira/Azores under €150 will have a shipping cost depending on the weight of the order:

- 0 a 0,5 kg: €3,95

- 0,5 kg or more: €6,50

Orders to Spain under €50 have a fixed shipping cost of €6.

Orders to Europe under €150 will have a shipping cost depending on the weight of the order:

- 0 to 100 g: €5.35

- 100 g to 250 g: €6.20

- 250 to 500 g: €8.00

- 500 to 1 kg: €11.20

- 1 kg or more: €16.75

At Inouïe Beauty, all shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape and packaging) are included in the shipping cost.


All taxes, customs duties and customs fees resulting from shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid.

The following countries are members of the European Union:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.


The time below may vary as there are usually several companies involved in shipping outside of Portugal. Inouïe Beauty is not responsible for delays in deliveries, however, we do our best to ensure that you have your products as soon as possible.

The delivery times are as follows:

Mainland Portugal - Up to 2 working days after dispatch;

Madeira and Azores - Up to 5 working days for Madeira and up to 5 working days for the Azores archipelago (shipments to the islands of Corvo and Flores may take up to 10 working days more than normal);

Spain - Up to 2 working days after dispatch;

Europe - Up to 5-10 working days after dispatch (Switzerland and UK have a longer period);

Delivery times are estimated and are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments.

Note: We advise you to check the condition of the box in which your order was transported in the presence of the delivery person to confirm that it arrived in good condition. In case of damage or if the box shows signs of having been compromised (example: adhesive tape sealing the box), you should refuse the order immediately, indicating to the deliverer the reason for refusal. You should then contact Inouïe Beauty and report the matter so that we can lodge a complaint with the carrier. If possible, we ask that you take photos of the box to send us.

3. Order Tracking

After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, since your email provider may have directed it there.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive another shipping confirmation email containing shipping details such as tracking code, expected delivery date, link to tracking site.

4. Returns

Inouïe Beauty's main objective is our customers’ satisfaction. To this effect, you may return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. Before returning your order, it is necessary that you contact our team via email at info@inouiebeauty.com. It is important that the client waits to receive our reply email with the return information.

For the return order to be accepted it must respect the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used or opened;
  • The product must be sealed in its original packaging, which should include the protective plastic and labels (if any) - if the product box has any protective seal, you must keep it intact, as well as any other product protection markings;
  • You must ensure that the product is accompanied by all components: samples and gifts, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions (if the product to be returned has been associated with a promotional campaign or if the purchase comes with a gift product, the customer must return the product together with the gift offer);
  • You should keep the invoice, a copy of which should accompany the return of the product to Inouïe Beauty.

Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of the integrity of the products, the return is accepted and the commercial value of the products will be refunded, via a new product, voucher or refund of the total amount by the same means of payment used (depending on the situation)

The value of transport will be refunded in cases where the order sent is incorrect.

In all other cases, we will return all the value of the item, except for the cost of transport, whether this has been borne by the customer or Inouïe Beauty.
